So im an idiot when i first signed up for xbl i put my real age and i was wondering if tht means tht i cant get facebook last.fm etc. and if there is a way to get past the age restrictioni'm an idiot

i dont think it will effect anything because i think it asks you again when you register for each one.
If you cant access demos, videos or certain events, your on a child account.Solution: Call up Xbox Support or wait till your 18.

n thats why im glad i lied about my age when i first joined XBL 2 years ago n said i was 18 :P
I made the same mistake and upon realizing it I just made a new gamertag and threw away about 2 months of game-progress.

My advice is just to abandon ship and start anew. It might be aggrivating at first but what's a few weeks in contrast to years of gaming with proper settings?

I don't know if you could get on facebook but I do know you won't be able to download certain demos. All you can do is make a new account or wait until your 18. I'm assuming you already paid $50, if you did that's sucks. If not just make a new account buddy.
One simple answer: You can't change your age.
