When I click on the Michael Jackson radio, I want to hear Michael Jackson. Instead, Last.fm rarely plays Michael Jackson. What a waste of time.Last.fm on 360 is terrible.

If you type in a artist it will play that artist and others similar to him. Just like when you the site on your PC or use pandora.com. I personally lie the feature since it came out I check a lot of new bands I probably would of not known about.
I think that's less of a problem and more than it's not usable while in-game. Who's going to turn their TV on, their 360 on, their receiver on, and listen to the radio by itself?

I use it when I'm getting ready in the morning, studying, on the computer, stuff like that. You don't have to sit there and stare at the screen :P. I'm hoping in the future there will be an update that allows it to be played in game, but the more I think about it I don't know if it would take up too much of our connections.

My 360 is in my living room which is near my kitchen and dining room. For me, it's convenient to have the 360 playing music while i'm cooking or eating in the other room. If it's in a bedroom, it probably seems kinda useless since you probably have a laptop or pc right beside you. I mean, my laptop could already do this as well, but it's still kinda nifty. Plus my 360 is usually on and I'd rather do most things through a game controller for some reason.
I like that it plays other artists that are similiar too, but aren't the one I typed in. I've learned of so many bands I hadn't heard of, but I actually really like.
You could just buy Michael Jackson's music. Last.fm isn't intended for you to listen to music you already have but to discover artists you may not have heard of before. I will agree that the service on the 360 is nearly useless without the ability to use it in game however.

That's the point. It's like Pandora. The point is to expose you to artists you may have never heard of before that are similar to your musical tastes. If you want to listen to one artist that you like there are many other easier ways to do so.
Ummmm , sorry to brake this to you but Last FM has always been like this and thats why its so famous , just like Pandora :-)

That's just what last.fm is. I don't mind it, I like having a variety, but I think it's pointless at this point, because I'm on my Xbox to play games, I can just as easily turn my radio on or something. If they made it so you could listen to last.fm while playing a game, that would be great.

playing online with my gamertag
Hey i was recently at a mates place for a while and i decided to recover my gamertag on his xbox so i could say hello to my mates on live and before i left his place to come home i deleted the gamer tag off his xbox and now when i go on my xbox i sign into my account and everything is all good until i try to play a game i get disconected. is there anyway to fix this ??playing online with my gamertag
My boyfriend has his tag on my XBox and on his cousins. He changed his avatar or something, I don't know, but it started disconnecting on my XBox. He fixed it by recovering his gamertag on my XBox, and it worked fine.alvinarf

Controller turns on sys but then nothing
I can turn on my system with my wireless controller but then it won't connect to the box, the whole circle flashes on my controller and nothing on the box but the power light. Controller turns on sys but then nothing
did u press the little circle on the 360 system? u have to press two bottons to get the 360 synced. one is on ethe controler then the one on the 360 its a little small one right by the power botton. Controller turns on sys but then nothing
If you have a play and charge kit you can get around the syncing process by connecting the cable, then pressing the Xbox button on the controller. It will turn the console on and sync with the system. That's what I do when my controller stops working with my console.

I thought the batteries were dead. I switched the battery pack with a fully charged one. I turned on the controller, but it did not connect, so I turned off my console. I managed to turn it on by pressing the Xbox guide button on the controller, the console recognized the controller but did not connect it to one of the quadrants. I did that reconnecting thing in the booklet that came with the controller, and nothing. I have tried reconnecting the controller many times, and I made sure the console was not near any metallic objects or cordless phones like the booklet told me to. I tried to contact Xbox, but they told me the same thing found in the booklet. I don't know what to do now.
