Anyone else slow connection

I was just wondering if anyone else is having slow xbox issues.I have set my NAT table open, and it still comes up with moderate. When I go to log into xbox live it takes almost 30 seconds.This started last Sunday, just befpre the Twitter, Facebook, and Last.FM update. Anyone else having these issues. Or even better have a fix for these issues. If anything please let me know. And I have left a messge on the xbox forums, and tried the help, which has not changed anything.Anyone else slow connection
I am having the same issues. Today I tried the new n adapter and still no change. My internet speed test shows that I am at about 6mb/s. So I too would like to know what is up with the slow connections. Usually when it is busy servers xbox or major nelson lets us know.
