azura's star oblivion

ok so i want to get azura%26#39;s star or something like that, a grand soul gem in which i can reuse over and over again. i heard it%26#39;s one of the daedric quests. what are the deadric quests and how can i start them?azura's star oblivion
Daedric quests come from daedric shrines, when you make the right offering to the shrine the daedric prince speaks to you and gives you the quest, to know what you have to offer you talk to people around the shrines. Asking about daedric shrines at mages guilds and whatnot sometimes comes up with locations, you find out  the location of Azura%26#39;s shrine just by doing the main quests (although don%26#39;t hand it in if you want to use it).Just look around and you%26#39;ll find the shrinesazura's star oblivion

I got it when I got the quest for the artifact, I think after I read the book he pointed out to me.  It shows on the map where the shrine is.
where do you get the glow dust offering for the azura's shrine? it says to go to the ''will-o-the-wisp to get it does anybody know where that is or where i need to go to find out?? please comment!!

If your at the point in the main quest where you need a daedric item a few will-o-the-wisps spawn down the large slope next to azura's shrine.
