Xbox 360 screen freezes

My xbox 360 usually freezes whenever i play. It has happened with lego indiana jones a few times and also with fifa 09. In fifa, it usually happened after the match is finished and it's simulating the rest of the results in manager mode. In indiana jones, it just froze randomly. Also, i recently downloaded the update about 3 weeks ago as of May 12th 2009. My xbox is positioned vertically on a table near the tv. The power unit is just behind the tv and satellite receiver also on the table. Can someone please help me, i don't know what to do?? Thanks in advance.Xbox 360 screen freezes
It could be your disc or your 360 may be coming close to its finale unfortunately Xbox 360 screen freezes
if it's close to RROD that would be sooo bad :(I only got it on december 2008!!

Make sure to check your disc to make sure it hasn't been scratched by you or your xbox. If it continues to do this and nothing is wrong with your disc than it might be close to faliure.
