Unable to Connect to Xbox Live

I've went through everything i could think of and all that the support web site had to offer, Yet i still cannot connect to Xbox Live. it says it cant detect my network hardware. im all out of ideas and was curious if anyone has had this problem. i searched through the forums but couldnt find anything similar.Unable to Connect to Xbox Live
are you using a wireless adapter or an ethernet cableUnable to Connect to Xbox Live
ethernet cable
havr you bridges your ethernet adapter to your wireless connection
dont think so. i use to be able to connect anytime even after getting an wireless connection. i still always used a wired connection though. it wasnt until about 4 months ago that i wasnt able to connect anymore
then you may have to bridge your wireless connection and your ethernet adapter. That is what I had to do
cool, excuse my ignorance but could you explain to me how to bridge them?
do you have vista or XP.Or something entirely different
xp
try this sitehttp://www.home-network-help.com/network-bridge.html
awesome. thanks
so it worked?
nah it didnt work. thanks for the help though. im just going to put it back in its case until i get bored enough to mess with it again
i've tried my console at other places on other internet connections but i have the same problems. i think something is wrong with my xbox as oppose to everyone elses connections
